Welcome to NomadPilot (“NomadPilot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
NomadPilot provides digital tools, educational content, and administrative support services to help users manage domicile-related tasks, mail services, and general business compliance workflows. NomadPilot also offers access to tax-related services branded as NomadLedger, which are delivered exclusively by independent, licensed tax professionals (CPAs and EAs) contracted by us.

By accessing or using any NomadPilot services, websites, or products (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by this Terms of Service (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Description of Services

1.1 Domicile & Address Services

NomadPilot provides:

  • Digital domicile guidance, including generalized steps, checklists, and educational materials

  • Mail-related tools (e.g., forwarding instructions, reminders, digital organization tools)

  • Administrative support and self-help resources to help users complete government or third-party applications

NomadPilot does not:

  • Provide legal advice

  • Represent you before any government agency

  • Complete legal forms on your behalf

  • Guarantee approval of any application or filing

  • Act as a registered agent or legal service provider unless explicitly stated

All information is self-help and educational in nature.

2. Tax Services (NomadLedger)

2.1 Nature of Services

NomadPilot, through the NomadLedger brand, provides:

  • Educational tax content

  • Document organization

  • Intake tools and questionnaires

  • Communication support between users and licensed tax professionals

2.2 Work Performed by Licensed Professionals

All tax preparation, advice, filings, calculations, and reviews are performed exclusively by independent CPAs and EAs (“Tax Professionals”) contracted by NomadPilot.

NomadPilot itself:

  • Does not provide tax preparation

  • Does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice

  • Does not review or verify CPA/EA work

  • Is not responsible for errors, omissions, or outcomes resulting from tax filings or advice

The Tax Professional engaged for your account is solely responsible for the tax services delivered.

3. No Legal, Tax, or Financial Advice

All content, tools, reports, calculators, templates, and communications provided through NomadPilot are strictly general informational resources.

You understand and agree that:

  • Nothing provided by NomadPilot should be considered legal, tax, financial, or investment advice.

  • Any decisions you make are your responsibility.

  • For advice specific to your situation, consult a qualified professional.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete information

  • Use the Services lawfully

  • Maintain security of your login information

  • Review all documents before submission

  • Communicate promptly with any engaged Tax Professional

  • Back up your data outside of NomadPilot

5. Payments & Billing

Fees for Services (including NomadLedger products) are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Payments are non-refundable unless a written policy on the website states otherwise.

NomadPilot may update pricing at any time.

6. Independent Professional Relationship

Tax Professionals engaged through NomadLedger operate as independent contractors, not employees or agents of NomadPilot.
NomadPilot is not liable for:

  • Professional negligence

  • Filing errors

  • Missed deadlines

  • Advice provided by Tax Professionals

Your relationship with the Tax Professional is separate and direct.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

NomadPilot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Services.

NomadPilot’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. No Guarantees

NomadPilot does not guarantee:

  • Approval of domicile applications

  • Tax refunds or outcomes

  • IRS/state acceptance of filings

  • Financial or legal results

  • Accuracy of calculators or estimated savings

All tools are estimates only.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Services at any time for violation of this Agreement.
Users may cancel at any time, but cancellations do not provide refunds unless stated.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and materials provided by NomadPilot are our property and may not be copied, modified, sold, or redistributed without permission.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any disputes shall be handled through binding arbitration in Utah, unless prohibited by law.

12. Updates to These Terms

NomadPilot may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
